Mr. James A. Neal, Sr., age 85, of Sage Street, Toccoa, GA, passed away on December 6, 2018 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 12 noon at the Friendship Baptist Church, Sage Street, Toccoa, GA.

Interment will follow at the Toccoa City Cemetery. Public viewing from 12 noon to 8 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018 at the funeral home.

The family will greet friends from 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 until the funeral hour.
