For members who need hotel accommodations at the Great Wolf Lodge for the April 14, 2020 Executive Board Meeting, you can make those reservations using the following information. The cut-off date for reservations will be Friday, March 13, 2020. After that date, the rooms in our block will be released.

Each individual has up to 7 days prior to arrival to cancel with a fee of 15% of your deposit. If you cancel 4 – 6 days prior to arrival, there will be a 30% fee, and 3 days or less of arrival, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
